Attention Tips for Accepting 308nm Excimer Phototherapy

• 308nm excimer light is suitable for patients of all ages from infants to the elderly. It can also be safely used for the treatment of special parts including eyelids, lips, external genitalia, and perianal areas.
• Patients with solar dermatitis, lupus erythematosus, malignant tumors, xeroderma pigmentosum, Bloom syndrome, dermatomyositis, pregnant women, and other patients who are not suitable for ultraviolet irradiation treatment.
• Please remember to put on the anti-uv goggles before turn on the machine!
• Avoid skin trauma and friction, and patients should not wear tight clothes.
• Patients should wear sunscreen when going out and avoid strong sunlight after treatment, such as swimming at low-latitude beaches or traveling in high-altitude areas. Special attention should be paid to the fact that ultraviolet rays can damage the skin and induce and aggravate the condition.
