Why is Us

Which One is Best for You

The trigger of lesions is complicated and different from different people. And the treatment results of using ultraviolet light therapy is related to the user’s lesion triggers and body constitution. Plus, the treatment results of different body parts are uneven because of the difference from skin tissue depth, blood circulation and melanocyte density.

Please consult your dermatologist to know the suitable uvb wavelength, intensity and irradiation time before you pick one uvb lamp.

And we would like to simply explain how to choose one from what we have now mainly from three aspects including treatment period, lesions size and lesion parts, just for your reference.

Some Testimonials

Looks Like Great!

I haven’t used the product yet, but the communication with the supplier was great. I’m giving 5 stars on quality because I assume it’s good. I’ll change in the future if i think otherwise. But, inspection of the product looks to be what was depicted online.

Nice Package and Nice Lamp

The package was received yesterday, I feel lucky the package is intact and did not break. I have not yet used the device but from the appearance and the service, I think it is good.

-Lydia Smith

Not Bad

The seller’s response was quick, shipping was faster than expected, and the packaging was neat and secure. The item is of good quality. I hope the lamp with one comb is able to help my lesions on my scalp. Very satisfied with everything. I will follow the review after I use it, if I remember.

-Ray Wong

Good

The lamp is for my father, I hope it is helpful!

-Lavinia G

So Compact!

The lamp is really lightweight and small. I used one comparatively big lamp but it can not reach my lesions on the skin around my eyes. I found this and thought it may be helpful. Fortunately, UVB phototherapy works on my vitiligo.

Frequently Asked Questions

Data show that the cure rate for early-stage, localized, small-area lesions can reach over 95%. The actual efficacy varies from person to person.

For those with limited study or work schedules, long distances to medical facilities, or localized skin conditions, home phototherapy under a dermatologist’s guidance may be considered. However, it should be noted that for systemic or extensive skin conditions, hospital treatment is still recommended.

Home phototherapy is just as effective as hospital phototherapy. This has been demonstrated in numerous studies.

Vitiligo patients typically see visible results in 2 to 4 months on the face and trunk, and in areas like the hands and feet, it can take 4 to 6 months. For psoriasis patients, visible results typically take 1 to 2 months, though complete resolution of lesions may take longer. Patients should understand their condition and treatment regimen, avoid blindly pursuing “quick results” or “cures,” and maintain a positive and healthy lifestyle.

Of all the UV wavelengths, short-wave ultraviolet (UVC) has the highest cancer-causing potential. Narrow-band ultraviolet (NBUVB) is safe for humans and rarely causes cancer, so it can be used with confidence.

Generally speaking, phototherapy is only recommended during pregnancy when the condition is more severe. It’s not recommended for mild cases.

During treatment, no one should look directly at the light source without wearing goggles. This is because the ultraviolet rays emitted by the device are very intense and can damage eyesight. Accumulating a certain dose can cause cataracts, so goggles are essential during treatment.

UVB light therapy does have a plateau period. During this period, even extended treatments may not be very effective. It’s recommended to discontinue treatment for a period before resuming treatment. This will generally resume the effects.
